VectorPort Pattern Converter - New!
     VectorPort is a versatile, low-cost test development tool for converting Scan, WGL, or STIL vectors to targeted ATE tester formats, including pattern, timing, and pinmap data. VectorPort can read and write most major formats, including TetraMax and FastScan, in both parallel (Flat) vectors and serial (SCAN) vectors. Visit the VectorPort product page.

VectorPro Pattern Converter - New!
     VectorPro is a low-cost, user friendly test development tool used for Generating Cyclized ATE Test Vectors in either WGL or STIL formats. This highly versatile tool reads in both VCD and EVCD formatted design simulations, and through the use of it's flexible GUI, users are able to view and modify the simulation to fit the needs of their Test Environment. VectorPro supports multiple timesets, advanced edgeset generation, signal conditioning, histogramming of the signal traces, and operating in batch mode. Visit the VectorPro product page.
