VectorPort is a versatile, low-cost test development tool
for converting WGL or STIL test vectors into targeted ATE tester formats, including pattern, timing, and pinmap data. VectorPort can read and write most major formats in both parallel (Flat) vectors and serial (SCAN) vectors. The VectorPort converter specializes in converting ATPG Scan vectors into tester formats, and is the first choice test engineers use when they need a WGL or STIL converter.
