We are currently looking at candidates for the following positions:

Test Engineer

Description:

Develop test software for testing semiconductors using automatic test equipment (ATE). You will develop (digital, mixed-signal, and/or RF) test software for new IC’s, convert test programs to new ATE platforms, and perform test software optimization.

Qualifications:

BS in Electrical Engineering with 3-5 years of direct experience developing test programs for ATE. You must also possess the following:  strong electrical engineering and software development skills, knowledge of VLSI test development and debug, and/or knowledge of mixed-signal test development and debug.  Must be highly self-motivated and able to work independently and have good communication skills.

PCB Designer

Description:

Perform schematic entry and PCB layout design for ATE loadboards and probe cards.

Qualifications:

5 years of direct experience doing PCB layout for ATE boards.  Must have significant experience using Cadence Allegro layout tools and Concept/OrCad schematic capture.  You must also possess the following:  strong electronics knowledge, knowledge of best practices for high-speed digital, mixed-signal & RF hardware design.  Must be highly self-motivated and able to work independently and have good communication skills.  Understanding of handler interfaces, semiconductor testing and tester capabilities desirable.
