Our founders saw an opportunity within the semiconductor industry for improved test software and hardware products, services and solutions, from this opportunity we have created world class solutions for world class customers. What We Do
     Test Spectrum specializes in semiconductor test solutions - test software, test hardware, and test tools, using an intelligent project management approach. Each project is thoroughly reviewed and developed with the customer's best interests in mind, an important aspect when considering a test development partner. Further, Test Spectrum is able to design and manage your test requirements from design hand-off through production. This includes both software and hardware requirements. We serve the semiconductor industry for customers including; fabless semiconductor companies, integrated device manufacturers (IDMs), automated test equipment companies (ATE), test and assembly houses, and IP companies. We do this through the convergence of products that include test software, test hardware and test tools. Our goal is to create world class, cost effective solutions for your test needs.
